KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is holding discussions with the former prime ministers, former ministers for foreign affairs and foreign affairs experts today in connection with the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s imminent state visit to Nepal.

The discussions are currently underway at the Prime Minister’s Official Residence in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.

Among those present in the discussions are former prime ministers — Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Sher Bahadur Deuba who is also leader of the main opposition party, Nepali Congress, Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhalanath Khanal, Dr Baburam Bhattarai and former chairman of the Interim Council of Ministers, Khil Raj Regmi.
