• No. of Vacancy/s: 1 • Employment Type: Full Time • Job Location: Naxal, Kathmandu, Nepal • Offered Salary: Negotiable • Apply Before(Deadline): Jun. 25, 2018 Job Specification • Education Level: Bachelor • Experience Required: More than or equals to 2 years Job Description: • Take the lead role in aligning HR management duties with the company culture and core values • Manage all matters relating to operations; C&B, Recruitment, Employee Orientation, Training & Development, Organizational Design Programs, HR Policies and Procedures, and Employee International Assignments • Hiring Sr. profiles pertaining to Daraz logistics and support workforce planning initiatives as directed by the HR • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for future recruitment needs • Coordinate warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting services or activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service, and safety • Support the HR and Talent Manager to deliver HR programs. • Accountable for identifying, prioritizing or responding to requests and issues resolution using company approved HR tools and techniques within established timelines • Provide support in various HR areas which may include new hire onboarding and assimilation, mergers and acquisition support, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs deployment, and general team member education • Accountable for supporting the deployment of appropriate resources and tools into the field to optimize an environment where the workplace is free of all discrimination and harassment by proactively measuring employee engagement, turnover, and compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and/or municipal laws • Guide the escalation and resolution of HR questions, issues and requests to the appropriate channels, by acting as a champion of the HR shared services delivery model.
